Refund policy

As per the UK consumer rights regulations If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund (excluding original delivery charge) 14 days after receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour or a gift voucher if preferred (same day).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. 

To start a return, you can contact us at help@garmzfactory.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

When posting your item, please ensure you use a tracked service as Garmz Factory aren’t responsible for any items lost in transit to us.

Upon receipt of your parcel, it will be processed for a refund and the amount received will be for the returned item(s) minus the fixed fee for shipping (£4.99). Please also note that due to the non refundable transaction fees we pay per order, if you return your item due to a change of mind and opt for a cash refund, there is a refund fee which mirrors the fees we were charged on your payment to us. CARD PAYMENT - 3% / PAYPAL - 4% / KLARNA - 6% / CLEARPAY - 6%. 

PLEASE NOTE - ANY ITEMS PURCHASED AS PART OF A SALE / CLEARANCE SECTION OR OFFER ON OUR WEBSITE CAN BE RETURNED FOR A CREDIT NOTE OR EXCHANGE ONLY. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ON ANY SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS - THIS ONLY APPLIES TO ITEMS VISIBLE IN THE 'SALE' SECTION OF OUR WEBSITE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the fixed fee for shipping (£4.99). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
