Who are we?
Garmz Factory is a family run business that was officially launched in Nov-20. The concept originated from buying and selling second hand-clothing for over a decade. Buying, selling & swapping designer items have been a major part of my life, especially in the last decade with the rise in desire for exclusive clothing, shoes & accessories.
What makes us unique?
Attention to detail. Ever since a young age, we've had a keen eye for detail. Although some may call it OCD, nothing is overlooked at Garmz Factory. We ensure every single item looks, feels & fits exactly as described on our website once it's in your hands. It's the Garmz Factory promise.
Who's on the team?
We're a 3 man team each with an individual focus on particular areas to serve you best.
- Product Expert. Handling inventory, authenticating items & ensuring they are in a suitable condition. Additionally, cleaning items, photography & writing our bespoke product descriptions. There's no one more transparent out there.
- Customer Service Expert. The person you chat with on our social channels. From our live chat to Instagram DM's & email, they work day & night to ensure your needs are met. Whether it's a general chat or a special request, we make it our priority to give you the quickest service available.
- Web & Social Media Manager. The person behind the scenes, making sure you get a seamless shopping experience. We're always listening to your feedback & adding new ways to shop along with exciting new initiatives like £99 Fridays.
How are we helping the environment?
- All of our orders are shipped in either 100% Recyclable mail bags or cardboard boxes.
- The majority of items we sell are pre-loved, refurbished by us and sent to you, ready to wear. That means your buying something that's already been produced & reducing your carbon footprint through less requirement for the production of new clothing.
- We believe it's far better to buy pre-loved sustainable fashion instead. A smaller wardrobe with high quality sustainable garments will serve you better than fast fashion does and if you are careful, these items can last a lifetime. We still have items from the early 1980's that are fully wearable!
